Martin Odegaard has sent Arsenal fans a message regarding a potential chant ahead of Sunday’s clash against West Ham United.

And ahead of the trip to east London, Arsenal playmaker Odegaard has admitted that he loves the chants that his teammates have whilst claiming that he trusts the fans to come up with a good one for him too. Speaking on the Stadium Astro YouTube channel, he said: “I don’t know [what my chant should be], that’s up to the fans, I trust them.

I love the songs they have already for the other players and the team. It’s not too important to me, they can do what they want.” The 23-year-old has certainly played well enough this season to earn a chant from the Gunners faithful.

In fact, the Norway captain ranks fifth in the Premier League for shot-creating actions per 90 minutes this season – ahead of the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-Min.
